Contact Support

Email support@audition-i.com. Include your account email, device type, app version if available, and a short description of what happened. Do not email passwords, full payment details, private keys, or unrequested identity documents.

Subscriptions Through Apple

If you subscribed on iPhone or iPad, billing is managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account subscription settings. Audition-i can help with app access and restore-purchase troubleshooting.

Privacy Or Deletion Requests

For privacy, data export, correction, or deletion requests, email support@audition-i.com with the subject "Audition-i Privacy Request."

Safety

If an audition notice asks for money, private identity documents, unsafe travel, sensitive material, off-platform pressure, or anything that feels wrong, pause before responding. Audition-i's safety tools are meant to help you verify and keep final action under your control.
